teenage mutant ninja turtles

i had a nice warm afternoon. i took a walk again and went though the college down the street from here. i actually saw people out playing frisbee and reading books on a blanket in the grass. where has everyone been the last three months?

i did some more walking in back alleys in downtown. i found a motel with an old sign on the wall:



















that's comforting.

after i came home, i had some fun recording the sound of the dripping faucet in my bathroom. add a little reverb and i had it sounding like dripping echoing through a long tunnel. i turned it into something you might hear in a movie as some group of explorers are approaching something they're going to have to run away from.

i think tomorrow is a holiday at work, so really i only have one day left. then i'm finished!
